Update May 2009

Wow! It's been a while. I don't know who looks at this, but a quick update.
We finally put our house on the market at the end of January. We've have 19 showings and no takers yet, but we stay optimistic.
Bob finished school in April. We're waiting on the processing for his degree.
We're anticipating his "job reduction" soon. We'll see what happens.
Our van's brakes went out (while I was driving, but going slow and managed to come right home and park it. Heavenly Father was watching over us). The repair bill was going to be over $800 so we decided that instead of putting that much more money into a van that is on its way out anyway, we would get a bigger one. So, we now have a 12 passenger Ford E-350 2008 and a car payment!
Enjoying the nice weather that has finally arrived.
Alexa came up with a song: " Have you ever seen a Penguin like Me Me Me? If you haven't seen Penguin say 1-2-3. Penguins-Attention. Penguins-Begin." She pats her thigh then salutes at Penguins Attention. She adds more motion with each verse. It's cute and everyone loves singing it, and Nicholas especially enjoys watching it. He even does the salute!
